Nanosecond Dye Laser: the Jaguar™

The Jaguar is a high energy, pulsed, tunable dye laser system which combines narrow linewidth, high power and many available options in one package. The Jaguar can be pumped with Continuum's Surelite and Powerlite laser systems. The laser tunes from 350 nm to 800 nm with the fundamental wavelength output.

• Can be pumped by frequency doubled or tripled Continuum Surelite and Powerlite Nd:YAG lasers
• Quick dye changes are possible with plug-n-play cuvette technology
• Linewidths down to 0.02 cm^-1 are available
• Active or passive frequency stabilization options available down to < 0.5 pm
• Opto-galvanic cell for autocalibration option available
• Frequency doubling, tripling and mixing options available to access from 200 nm to 4,500 nm
• Energies to 270 mJ

Many configurations of the Jaguar are available. The simplest contains a single 60 mm long grating and only an oscillator and preamplifier. The higher-end configurations have dual 90 mm long gratings and two main amplifier stages after the oscillator and preamplifier. This unit can be pumped with up to 1,000 mJ at 532 nm The Jaguar can also be pumped by excimer laser systems with an output at 308 nm Pump laser repetition rates up to 500 Hz can be accommodated.
